Portable Pumping Station

Our pump stations are designed to transfer bulk liquid explosive precursors. Fully portable and can be lifted by a forklift if required.

• Stainless steel positive displacement rubber lobe gear pump used to withstand the corrosive effects of the product.
• All wetted parts are stainless steel.
• 3 phase electric drive motor with angle drive gearbox & flexible coupling.
• Operation via a simple control panel with a cover to protect from effects of weather.
• A pump safety protection system is fitted with a pressure transmitter attached to the discharge pipe work to limit high and low pressure situations.
• A mechanical burst disc is fitted for redundant high pressure protection along with a “dead man” switch to prevent unattended operation.
• The unit is fitted with an electronic batch counter which can be pre-set to pump a pre-determined amount of product automatically.
• Water and air flush connections are fitted for cleaning out the pump and pipe work after use.
